Before “August” slips away, the new buyer of Taylor Swift’s former Massachusetts village home could be enjoying the salt air with a bottle of wine.
The house, which has had an owner since Swift, was listed in May for $14.5 million. The home has now sold for $12.3 million, according to the listing

Kinlin said in a statement on Facebook that the house set “the record for the highest residential sale on Cape Cod in 2025!” The statement continued, “featured on Chronicle and beloved for its views of Nantucket Sound and the Kennedy Compound, this sale proves that iconic homes still turn heads — and command top dollar.”
The singer briefly owned this Hyannis Port home in 2012 during her short romance with Conor Kennedy, the son of Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
