On the latest episode of their New Heights podcast posted Wednesday (Feb. 26), the tight end and his older brother, retired Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce, opened up about the music they listen to when they each feel “depressed.” “The only way you can find yourself in the light is to find yourself in the dark first,” Travis said.

I listen to music that is very telling of my mood,” he continued. “I just listen to Taylor’s music. She has something for everything.”
That includes “how the Eagles broke my heart,” Travis added.

“That’s a good point,” agreed Jason, who said he favors “sad country songs.” “No matter what mood, you can find some Taylor music.”
